Description
GirlsDoCode is a student-led initiative making coding accessible and engaging for young girls through online tutorials, school-based ECAs, and our volunteer-driven CodeToCare program. With 1,000+ students learning from our content, 50+ girls taught in private sessions, and 30+ students educated at Harmony House NGO, we are fostering the next generation of female coders.
The Growing Scope 🚀
We also organize competitions, including the GEMS GirlsDoCode/JC Innovation Team Scratch Coding Competition with 70+ applicants, and coding challenges at partner organizations. Beyond coding, we inspire young girls by sharing the achievements of influential women in tech, industry innovations, and fun tech facts on our Instagram, ensuring they have role models and stay connected to the ever-evolving world of technology
