Description
International Research Olympiad (IRO), a global olympiad-style contest dedicated to promoting STEM research for students. In 2024, students across 45 countries took the IRO exam, with winners being brought to Harvard for the finals event with expenses paid.
Additionally, IRO has created 200+ research clubs around the world to bring more students to promote science research. We are a nonprofit and academic organization whose sole goal is to promote academic integrity and critical skills for research. We have a global board of advisors of professors and scientists around the world, and are supported by several partners and organizations.
